Tim Bergling — the Swede better known internationally as top DJ Avicii — is changing his tune in more ways than one.

The Stockholm-born sensation this week announced a retirement from live music in an emotional note to his many fans.

But the celebrity scratch is also letting go of his 740-square-foot, one-bedroom Stockholm bachelor pad, which is now on the market. Its floorplans show outdoor spaces with wide views of the city, as well as an interior flooded with natural light.

The asking price is 6,900,000 Swedish Krona — or $834,497 around these parts.

The spread is in the city’s chic Ostermalm section, the eastern part of Stockholm’s inner city.

The listing broker is Johan Holmgren, of Eklund Stockholm New York.

Yes, that’s another project of Douglas Elliman’s Fredrik Eklund, a star of Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York.”

Eklund uploaded a photo of the 26-year-old DJ earlier this week, writing in the caption: “Thanks @avicii for trusting us to sell your apartment.”
