Former “Real Housewives of New York City” star Jill Zarin has listed her apartment at 401 E. 60th St. for $3.29 million.
The 30th-floor home is 2,000 square feet and comes with three bedrooms and three full bathrooms and a powder room. Forbes first reported the listing.
Jill ZarinGetty Images“After 18 years, Jill is looking to downsize and travel more to warmer climates now that [her daughter] Ally has moved out,” a friend tells Gimme Shelter.
The move-in ready home — which Zarin also shared with her husband, Bobby, who died earlier this year — features floor-to-ceiling windows, panoramic city views, 10-foot ceilings and a renovated, loft-like open layout. It’s smart-wired with solar shades, fog-proof mirrors, custom vanities, wide-plank floors and lots of built-in storage.
Designed by the late Costas Kondylis, the building, named Bridge Place Tower, features a gym, a children’s playroom, a roof terrace and on-site parking.
The listing brokers are Douglas Elliman’s Jessica Cohen, Jennifer Vandekieft and Empire State Properties’ Suzanne Miller.
