“The Real Housewives of New York City” star and Upper East Sider Ramona Singer would like to try a new neighborhood — either Flatiron or elsewhere downtown — for a change of scenery.

That’s why she listed her digs at 201 E. 80th St. for $4.99 million earlier this month with Tom Postilio and Mickey Conlon of Douglas Elliman.

Singer, though, may stay uptown “because all her friends are there,” a friend says, though perhaps she’ll move farther south to the East 60s or 70s.

The friend adds, “She’ll rent first to try some places out.”
