After finding new love with Spanish socialite Alejandra Silva, Richard Gere has relisted his massive North Haven property with a new broker — and a jaw-dropping price chop.

Known as Strongheart Manor, the 6.3-acre compound was first asking $65 million in 2013 but is now down to $36.5 million with Corcoran’s Susan Breitenbach.

The Peconic Bay-fronted spread includes a waterfront pool, basketball court and a pair of guest houses (in case the Dalai Lama drops in).
