Emmy-winning actor and director Richard Schiff and his wife, the “L.A. Law” actress Sheila Kelley, are house hunting uptown.
Schiff, best known among politics junkies for playing Toby Ziegler on “The West Wing,” was recently spotted touring a two-bedroom, two-bathroom pad on the Upper West Side.
