


Alain Li comes from one of Hong Kong’s top horse-racing families, but he’s made his own name as head of the Asia-Pacific region for Richemont — the luxury goods group that owns top brands like Cartier, Montblanc and Van Cleef & Arpels.
Li is now selling a renovated Tribeca co-op that he bought for his daughter, Cara, at 10 Leonard St.
Alain LiSouth China Morning Post via GetIt’s listed for $3.2 million. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom loft is in a historic building that dates to 1884.
The light-filled living area features white-painted brick walls, wide-plank walnut floors, high ceilings punctuated with exposed beams and large windows.
Next to the living room stands the chef’s kitchen with a large center island. The master suite has lots of closet space, a dressing room and a limestone bath.
The second bedroom, a flexible space, can also function as a den or a home office. The building features keyed elevator access, private basement storage and a part-time super.
