Latin pop icon Ricky Martin is on a roll.

He’ll be playing Madison Square Garden this fall — and he just sold his condo at 40 Bond St., the Ian Schrager-developed building, for $7.55 million.

And for a nice profit, too — Martin bought the unit for $5.7 million in 2007.

The three-bedroom, 3½-bathroom space spans 2,637 square feet.

Sweet touches include city views through 11-foot floor-to-ceiling windows.

Listing brokers Dennis Mangone and Pablo Alfaro of Douglas Elliman declined to comment.
