Medina’s two-bedroom, 2½-bathroom apartment is a sprawling 1,708 square feet at the Residences at the Mandarin Oriental, a k a 80 Columbus Circle.

The pad comes with all sorts of amenities, including use of the hotel’s spa and pool — and its hot new restaurant, The Aviary, and accompanying bar, The Office, from Chicago-based star chef Grant Achatz. There’s also access to the hotel’s in-room dining, housekeeping and laundry services.

The condo itself has great views, from Central Park to the Hudson River and the George Washington Bridge.

It comes with a corner living room and dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows. There’s also an eat-in chef’s kitchen, dark oak floors and high ceilings.

The Armani furnishings are included in the purchase price.

The listing brokers are Brenda S. Powers and Elizabeth L. Sample, of Sotheby’s International Realty.
