Corcoran Sunshine kicks off its third annual CS Talks series on Nov. 6.

Speakers include starchitect Robert A.M. Stern, architecture critic Paul Goldberger, architect and designer Piero Lissoni, food macher Eli Zabar and developer Jeff Blau of Related.

We also hear that artist Jojo Anavim’s mural is up at Canvas, Long Island City’s “art-inspired” luxury condo at 42-83 Hunter St., with one- to three-bedrooms that run from $700,000 to $1.7 million for the top-floor residence.

The rising star just had Selena Gomez at his Chelsea studio; she commissioned a large painting. Anavim’s 60-foot-tall handpainted mural, called “Don’t Post That,” (with a nod to The Post) depicts Karl Lagerfeld as Uncle Sam with a pointed finger.

It is visible from the Queensboro Bridge. “Society has become exceedingly shallow.

I think of this mural as a satirical public service announcement reminding people not to take themselves so seriously,” Anavim tells Gimme Shelter.

His work can also be found at the Dream Downtown hotel, the Coca-Cola Archives Museum in Atlanta and the Surf Lodge in Montauk.

We also hear that The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach, is launching a partnership with I-Land Miami in conjunction with Miami Executive Helicopters to offer chopper transport to residents via air in Miami Beach.

Potential buyers can also tour by air. Through The Residences’ concierge, residents will be able to schedule helicopter pick-ups and drop offs directly on the navigable marine helistop on Biscayne Bay — and get there via a “3-minute” house day yacht.

It’s a speedy way to get to and from the airport and even in the Bahamas.
