Designer Marc Jacob’s business partner and close friend Robert Duffy has put his 19th century Greenwich Village brick townhouse

— less than three years after buying it for $10.25 million.

The five bedroom, four and a half bathroom home, built in 1839, is 3,800 square feet.

It comes with an elevator, a skylight at the top of the stairs, and sliding doors to separate the living room from the dining room, along with a double height family room with a wall of windows overlooking the garden, and lots of room for art.

There’s also a chef’s kitchen, a large guest suite and, on another floor, a master suite with built in bookshelves and a garden-facing terrace. The listing brokers are Douglas Elliman’s Frank Arends and Daniela Zakarya.

Last year, Duffy, who was then 60, married Texan Connor Dodd, then 25, at Duffy’s farm in Rhinebeck. The two men wore white tuxedos. Guests included Miley Cyrus. In 2013, Duffy bought the Astor Tea House for $2.31 million, as the Post previously reported.

That was part of the Astor estate where Chelsea Clinton married Marc Mezvinsky in 2010. Duffy’s second marriage was far more sedate than his first marriage to Alex Cespedes in 2010 when two naked men were part of the festivities, news outlets reported at the time.
