The former home of controversial New York City “Master Builder” and planner Robert Moses is on the market for $1.95 million.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op, at 1 Gracie Terrace, is where Moses, the subject of Robert Caro’s Pulitzer Prize winning title, “The Power Broker: Robert Moses and the Fall of New York,” lived in the 1970s while he was married to his second wife, Mary Grady Moses.

He lived there until his death in 1981 at the age of 92.

The unit features a gracious foyer, a windowed kitchen and a balcony with views of the East River.

Moses is credited with the construction of Williamsburg’s McCarren Park pool, the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, the former Shea Stadium, Lincoln Center and the Throgs Neck Bridge.

The listing broker is Corcoran’s Andrea D’Amico.
