Welcome to the jungle! Or, more specifically, welcome to the Lower East Side, where Guns N’ Roses post-Slash guitarist Richard Fortus (he’s also guitarist for The Dead Daisies) is looking to rent out a co-op unit located at 417 Grand St.

The two-bedroom, one-bathroom spread asks $5,000 a month.
The apartment comes with a nearly 5-by-13 private terrace, and lots of windows that let in light and look out to open views.
It also boasts an upscale chef’s kitchen with Viking, Wolf, Sub-Zero and Bosch appliances, a spa-like windowed bathroom with soaking tub plus lots of storage space.
