Kathleen Turner, the actress, activist and icon who made her name as a smoldering seductress in films like “Body Heat” and “The War of the Roses,” has been spotted apartment-hunting on the Lower East Side.

Turner recently toured the sales office of 100 Norfolk St., a glass tower designed by Eran Chen of ODA Architecture that is currently under construction.

She expressed interest in a two-bedroom, 11th-floor corner unit listed at $2.8 million that will feature double-height ceilings and a Gaggenau chef’s kitchen.

Building amenities will include a gym, yoga room, roof terrace, garden and bike room.

Move-ins are expected in 2016.
