While most celebrities have fled Hollywood in the past year, Rosie O’Donnell is moving there.

Records show the comedian closed on a Los Angeles property on Dec. 3 for $4.6 million. This marks the first home for O’Donnell in the Golden State, as she’s lived most of her life on the East Coast.

The move comes a few months after O’Donnell sold her longtime New Jersey home at a $1 million loss to a developer who plans on demolishing the estate and creating affordable housing units in its place, The Post reported.

Built in 2019, the five-bedroom, six-bathroom modern farmhouse-style estate spans more than 4,100 square feet.

Located in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Beverlywood, the home features 10-foot-high ceilings on the first level with nine-foot-high ceilings upstairs. A Kosher chef’s kitchen is included with a Caesarstone water island, a butler area and a walk-in pantry.

The primary suite comes with vaulted ceilings, a fireplace and dual closets.

A Montecito-style landscape features olive trees, rose bushes, lavender and resort-style lighting, according to the listing.

The home also comes with iPad-controlled audio integration and a security system.

Ron Wynn and Brett Raskin of Compass held the listing; Alexandra Flynn of MS Property Partners at Keller Williams Beverly Hills repped the buyer.

O’Donnell also sold two upstate New York properties earlier this year, losing a combined $2 million.

She still has her four-bedroom, three-bathroom penthouse in Manhattan that was purchased for $8.5 million in 2017.
