Hip-hop music mogul Russell Simmons, who’s currently facing allegations of inappropriate conduct, is quietly trying to sell his Financial District penthouse at 114 Liberty St. for $9.92 million, The Post has learned.

The pad had come to market once before in 2012 for $11 million, only to be taken off in the summer of 2013, records show. Before that, the condo had reportedly aimed for $11 million in 2005.

Simmons, who rose to fame through his Def Jam music label and by signing prominent artists like Jay-Z, had shared the home with ex-wife Kimora Lee Simmons. (Public records don’t show when Simmons purchased this perch, but he reportedly bought his ex-wife out of her share of the apartment for $2.32 million sometime after they split in 2006.)

The 7,175-square-foot duplex loft features five bedrooms and comes with barrel-vaulted ceilings. Additional fittings include a library with a gas fireplace, four exposures and approximately 3,500 square feet of private outdoor space.

The co-listing brokers for the downtown penthouse are Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group, and Deborah Grubman and David Adler of Corcoran.
