“Million Dollar Listing New York” star Ryan Serhant, a Nest Seekers International broker and author, has added one more accolade to his list.

He’s launched an online sales course that in its first few days has raked in more than $100,000 a day.

The course has three levels of membership. The online-only course, which costs $499, has 42 videos with five hours of content.

A second level offers a $9.99-a-month membership with another layer of access, while a third level with mentorship, for $9,990, provides access to Serhant and his team in their offices.

“Anyone can make money in a good market,” Serhant says. “But the market is softening and brokers, especially those just starting out, need all the help they can get.”

And although the real estate industry is moving to online networks, Serhant says nothing can replace the human touch. E-trading didn’t replace Goldman Sachs, he says, and the same goes for brokers.

“Nothing can replace having a glass of wine with your broker at 11 p.m. as you talk through your latest purchase,” Serhant tells Gimme Shelter.
