Pizza prince Anthony Sbarro’s Southampton estate has sold for $26.95 million.
The news was first reported by by Curbed.
The nine-bedroom home, at 101 Pheasant Lane, had asked $32 million in 2016. Most recently, it was available for the price at which it sold: $26.95 million.
Sbarro bought the 15,700-square-foot home, which sits on about 2 acres, for $10.26 million in 2014.
The home’s features include an eat-in chef’s kitchen, a two-bedroom guest apartment, a wine cellar, a dance studio and an elevator that runs to all three levels.
The listing and buyer’s broker was Harald Grant of Sotheby’s International Realty. Douglas Elliman brokers Erica Grossman and Michaela Kezler also shared the listing.
