Kourtney Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend, Scott Disick, 36, has been spotted house hunting in the Hamptons with 20-year-old Sofia Richie — and it’s been the talk of the hamlets on the charity gala circuit.

The couple started chronicling their romance on social media in 2017.

Recently, the two were spotted touring a Sag Harbor home at 22 Oak Drive.

Built in 1989, the four-bedroom, 4½-bathroom house is 3,650 square feet.

The traditional-style gated property on the market for $1.85 million.

Images on its online listing show a shingled exterior, a fireplace, high ceilings, an open dining area with lots of light and an outdoor pool.

The property sits on 1.8 acres.

Listing broker Matthew Breitenbach, of Compass, declined comment.
