Selena Gomez has listed her Los Angeles compound for $6.49 million, TMZ reports.

She purchased the Encino home, at 4626 Encino Ave., for $4.89 million in 2020.

The singer, actress and entrepreneur — who stars in “Only Murders in the Building” and is the founder of Rare Beauty — now lives in a $35 million Beverly Hills home with her husband, the music producer Benny Blanco. The couple got married last September; they purchased the home around the time of their engagement in December 2024.

Before Gomez, this Encino estate had been owned by the late Tom Petty, who built it in 1989.

The personal touches of both artists remain.

The dwelling features floral wallpaper in a “glam” room that reflects Gomez’s creative style. In addition, current or budding rock stars may also appreciate a vocal booth, which may have been part of Petty’s original recording studio.

Petty rebuilt the home in 1989 after his original home burned in an arsonist’s fire, with only the recording studio still standing, according to reports.
