It only took six years — and a massive series of price cuts.

A Trump World Tower sky pad owned by selfie surgeon Sam Rizk is finally in contract — after he took a knife and dramatically slashed its initial asking price by more than two-thirds.

The four-bedroom, 4½-bathroom residence at 845 UN Plaza first hit the market for $18.5 million in 2015.

It was last asking $5.49 million.

Rizk, who was trained as a sculptor, says his background gives him a cutting edge over his competitors when it comes to nose jobs, face-lifts and reconstructive surgery.

Rizk has also made a name for himself cautioning selfie-obsessed teens against rhinoplasty.

The 3,502-square-foot unit has been renovated and includes a chef’s kitchen, a second kosher/catering kitchen, a formal dining room, a library and a living room with a “custom wine station and disappearing television,” per the listing.

There’s also a media room with a velvet back wall, cove lighting and in-wall speakers.

The main bedroom comes with a marble ensuite bath.

Building amenities include a doorman, a concierge, housekeeping, a wine-storage room, a gym and a garden terrace.

The listing broker is Michelle E. Griffith, of Compass.
