Now that Shutterstock founder and CEO Jon Oringer and his wife Talia are in contract to sell their 71 Laight St. penthouse for just under its $20 million asking price, as Gimme Shelter previously reported, the couple are moving on to another perch.

They have inked a contract to buy a penthouse nearby at the Herzog & De Meuron-designed 56 Leonard St. that was asking $27 million.

Advertised in its listing as the posh condo building’s largest penthouse, their four-bedroom unit measures 6,400 square feet and comes with three private terraces.

Accessed by a key-locked elevator, the apartment has 14-foot ceilings, 360-degree views of the city, white oak floors and a woodburning fireplace.

Building amenities include a 75-foot pool, an indoor/outdoor theater, a sun deck, a gym and spa treatment rooms.

Clayton Orrigo and Stephen Ferrara sealed the deal. Toni Haber and Leonard Steinberg, of Compass, were also involved.
