Silverstein Properties has tapped Dino Fusco as its chief operating officer. Fusco most recently managed Goldman Sachs’ vast global real estate portfolio.
Larry Silverstein called Fusco “a superb fit” for his company “particularly as we continue to expand nationally and overseas.”
He succeeds Mickey Kupperman, who will now be focusing on Silverstein development projects.
In other personnel news, CBRE has promoted Eric Deutsch, John Maher, Paul Myers, James Millon and Tom Traynor — all are now vice chairmen based in the real estate company’s Midtown Manhattan corporate office location.
