It’s taken five years, but Frank Sinatra’s former penthouse has finally entered contract, and for its $4.99 million asking price no less.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom, 3,200-square-foot space at 530 E. 72nd St. underwent a number of broker changes, but most recently sparked a bidding war.

Brokers Senada Fici, Max Davis and Suzanne Miller of Empire State Properties had the listing.
