… That Wise Matchmaking, an NYC and Miami-based company for those seeking romance, is partnering with 135 W. 52nd St. — where the five-bedroom penthouse asks $16.8 million — for a high-end “singles mingle” cocktail party in the building’s 38th-floor model unit.

The firms are betting that someone seriously looking for a spouse will also be seriously looking for … yup, a home.

… That public tours of Time Inc.’s Coastal Living Hamptons Showhouse, in Bridgehampton, are available from June 11 through Sept. 4.

The seven-bedroom home, with interiors by Meg Braff, is 6,800 square feet and comes with three fireplaces, a movie theater, pool, pool house and gym.

… That Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld, who will be designing interiors for the new Four Seasons restaurant, will be the guest of honor at a private dinner Thursday night to preview Jardim, his first residential building in New York, at 527 W. 27th St., hosted by Centaur Properties and Greyscale Development Group.
