Three new direct leases have brought SL Green’s 711 Third Ave. to near-100 percent occupancy.

The deals comprise a total 43,493 square feet at the 20-floor, 592,000-square-foot midcentury tower. The tenants are the nonprofit Birthright Israel Foundation, law firm Barton LLP, which is moving from SL Green’s 420 Lexington Ave., and UN-affiliated Security Council Report.
