An ultra-modern Miami home has sold for $50 million, the highest price ever paid for a single-family home in the area, according to CNBC.
The 20,000-plus-square-foot manse was sold in an off-market deal by Douglas Elliman’s Tal and Oren Alexander, who are fresh off repping hedge fund billionaire Ken Griffin’s record $238 million purchase at 220 Central Park South in Manhattan.
Griffin also holds the record for the priciest condo ever sold in Miami for his $60 million purchase at Faena House in 2016.
The $50 million home at 3 Indian Creek Island Road was developed by the brokers’ father, Shlomy Alexander.
The modern property has 10 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms.
Luxe trappings include a 3-D movie theater, two kitchens, a 3,000-square-foot master suite and a 100-foot swimming pool.
Ralph Arias of ONE Sotheby’s repped the buyer.
