Singer and civil rights activist Harry Belafonte once owned an estate — known as Day-O Farm, after the catchy tune — that includes a true colonial home built in 1792 on 100-plus acres.

The property, at 108 Raup Road just outside the village of Chatham, in upstate NY’s Columbia County, is now on the market for $2.9 million.

Belafonte owned the property from the 1950s to the early 1990s. One year, he renovated the guest house — which Martin Luther King Jr. was going to used as a summer retreat before he was assassinated.

The main house comes with a first-floor master-bedroom wing with a fireplace.

There’s also an original carriage house with a guest suite, a beamed-ceiling game room and a three-bay garage.

The property includes a two-bedroom guest house on a hillside overlooking the main house.

This guest pad comes with a sauna and a terrace that looks out to a pool and pond.

Additional features include a tennis court, woodland trails, a one-bedroom “loft-style hunting cabin” and a caretaker’s home with an original barn, according to Houlihan Lawrence’s Katherine L. Jennings, who has this listing.
