Soccer star Frank Lampard, who has signed a two-year contract to play for New York City FC — a Major League Soccer team co-owned by the Manchester City club, for which he once played — has been touring some of the city’s poshest properties, from 15 Central Park West to One57.
One spot that Lampard also checked out, with his fiancée, Christine Bleakley, was a $28 million four-bedroom, four-bathroom duplex at the Time Warner Center.
But we hear that Lampard was considering it as a $75,000 monthly (and off-market) rental.
