A British bigwig is raffling off his $2.6 million mansion — complete with a Rolls Royce and fully stocked wine cellar – for just $14 a ticket.

The anonymous millionaire is giving away his 10-acre Devon estate because he thought “selling the house through a competition would be a fun thing to do,” Metro UK reported.

He’s planning on donating 20 percent of the ticket prices to British charities, including the Red Cross and Make a Wish Foundation.

Eligible contestants — who must be residents of England, Scotland or Wales — can enter the raffle until November 2018 and can’t buy more than 10,000 tickets.

The lucky winner will walk into a fully furnished four-bedroom home — including 600 spare light bulbs for every lamp in the house.

“We don’t want the hassle of moving everything out,” the owner said. “We just want to walk out with our clothes, personal possessions and family photos. That also means the winner has a ready-made home to walk into.”

The lavish dream estate is equipped with a 3-hole golf course, swimming pool, gym, wine cellar and a detached guesthouse and four-car garage.

The top-prize champion will cash in on all of that, plus $65,000, staff, including a housekeeper, paid for a year, and their bills paid for a year.

There are also nine cash prizes of around $13,000 apiece for runners-up.

The owner is hoping to sell 500,000 tickets by the close of the competition — netting an estimated $6 million in sales.
