The CEO of Sotheby’s Home, Elizabeth Brown, is listing her duplex near Gramercy Park for $2.35 million.

Sotheby’s Home is an online marketplace — formerly known as Viyet until Sotheby’s bought it last year — to buy and sell pre-owned home decor and antiques. Brown, a Wharton grad, served as CEO of Viyet shortly after its 2013 launch and has led its transition to Sotheby’s.

Her home in a townhouse on East 15th Street is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op that comes with a private landscaped roof deck.

The residence features a great room with three windows overlooking gardens and a custom-designed woodburning fireplace.

The dining room seats 10 and is adjacent to the windowed chef’s kitchen, which features a four-person breakfast bar.

The unit also boasts a staircase, four skylights and a custom 22-foot Stephen Antonson chandelier.

There’s also a master bedroom suite with a walk-in custom closet and a spa-like master bathroom.

The roof deck features a grill, decking, and a seating and dining area.

The brokers are Katherine Salyi and Cara Feldman of Sotheby’s International Realty.
