Trey Parker, a co-creator of “South Park,” rented this Meatpacking District condo when he was launching his hit Broadway show, “The Book of Mormon.”

Glenn Beck also once lived in the unit, as did the “Juno” and “Thank You for Smoking” director Jason Reitman.

Now this fifth-floor unit at 66 Ninth Ave., the Porter House, is back on the market for $3.9 million, following a recent broker swap.

It had asked $7 million in 2015. The seller, we hear, is in finance.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo is 2,039 square feet and comes with its own balcony.

The smart-wired home also features an open kitchen, a master bedroom with blackout window treatments and custom lighting throughout.

Past residents in the building include Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis and Molly Shannon.

A Saudi prince also recently looked at a $29 million unit renovated by Paris Forino.

The listing brokers are Douglas Elliman’s Greg Stephen and Gerald Germany.
