Former powerboat racer and luxury car dealership owner Stuart Hayim has listed his waterfront Sag Harbor home at 44 Forest Road for $16.95 million.

He bought the property, then a tear-down, for $6.3 million from in 2013.

Then, in 2015, he built a new six-bedroom home on the land.

Designed by Mojo Stumer Luxury Architects, it features a custom chef’s kitchen, a great room with vaulted ceilings and an infinity-edge pool.
