The St. Barts beachfront compound of the late furniture designer Christian Liagre is back on the market — for the slashed price of $7.32 million (down from $10.68 million), a source said.

Liagre passed in 2020 at age 77.
In a 2013 Elle Decor profile, he said true luxury is simplicity — the essentials of “air, space and light” and that the house never feels small because they spend most of their time outside, anyway, where he enjoyed watching “turtles bathing and fish jumping.”
