Stacey Bronfman — the art collector, mother and ex-wife of billionaire Seagram heir Matthew Bronfman — has sold her Hamptons home for $9.85 million.
The modern residence at 75 Sams Creek Road in Bridgehampton was built by Norman Jaffe, the late, prolific Long Island architect.
She had originally listed it for $11.5 million last August.
“It’s a very special home with incredible karma, due to the fact that Norman lived here. But it served its time and purpose,” the ex-Mrs. Bronfman told Gimme at the time.
The five-bedroom, four-bathroom home is 4,000 square feet and sits on 1.1 acres.
Built in 1992 and renovated in 2018, it boasts water views from every room, two stone fireplaces and a chef’s kitchen.

Outside, there’s a pool, an outdoor kitchen and a private dock on Sams Creek, which leads to Mecox Bay and the ocean.
The listing broker was Douglas Elliman’s William Wolff.
