In 2012, Mazur directed his first film, the well-reviewed documentary “$ellebrity,” which explores the media culture surrounding celebrities. Sarah Jessica Parker and Jennifer Aniston appeared in the film, among others.

Mazur’s 2,700-square-foot co-op boasts two bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms.

It comes with 11-foot ceilings, hardwood floors, an open chef’s kitchen, walk-in closets and a laundry room.

Mazur bought the unit for $1.75 million in 2007.

The listing brokers are Kristin Lukic and Gezelle Javaheri of Douglas Elliman.
