Stephanie March, the actress and ex-wife of celeb chef Bobby Flay, has been house-hunting with her new hedge-funder beau, Dan Benton, CEO of Andor Capital Management.

They are looking at units that are $20 million or more in Tribeca; specifically, they were spotted scoping out the penthouses of both 11 N. Moore St. (asking $29.99 million) and 35 N. Moore St. (asking $29.95 million).
