The property, at 3835 Clayton Ave. in Los Feliz, is 1,856 square feet and comes with two bedrooms and two bathrooms — plus a downstairs den/potential third bedroom with a separate entrance.

The house features vaulted and beamed ceilings, an open chef’s kitchen and enough space out back for a large outdoor lounge.

The listing brokers are Douglas Elliman’s Heather T. Roy and Learka Bosnak.
