


Street artist Alec Monopoly — who often wears a mask and top hat to obscure his identity — has rented a unit at the Setai Miami Beach for $14,200 a month.

It was on the market for $15,950 a month.
Monopoly was repped by broker Dan Hechtkopf of Douglas Elliman’s sports & entertainment division.
“We buying a mansion on the water next!” the artist posted on Instagram, under a photo of his new living room.
Tishman Speyer’s first ground-up residential tower in Downtown Brooklyn, 11 Hoyt, will launch sales in summer 2018, with more than 480 apartments and 50,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space.
It’s the first New York City residential project for Jeanne Gang’s Chicago-based firm Studio Gang, which is also working on an expansion of the American Museum of Natural History.
The interior design will be by Michaelis Boyd Associates, who designed the Los Angeles and Berlin Soho House clubs; the landscape design is by Hollander Design.
