A marching band was out in full force on Tuesday as Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York” filmed an episode at 15 Willow St. — a 25-foot-wide townhouse that just had a massive price cut. It’s now on the market for $8.99 million, far less than its $14.15 million asking price in 2016.

The pad is now being marketed by “MDLNY” star Ryan Serhant. This week, the street was shut down for a few hours during the filming, as the Brooklyn Express Drumline played inside and outside the house, which comes with its own parking space.

The 6,200-square-foot, smart-wired home comes with six bedrooms, four bathrooms, two powder rooms, high ceilings, herringbone hardwood floors and an elevator. There are also three fireplaces and lots of outdoor space.

The cellar level boasts a a screening area and a wine room with a “brick tasting alcove,” according to the listing, and custom racks and refrigeration for over 300 bottles.
