Tennis star Chris Evert is tossing in a private lesson along with the purchase of her Boca Raton, Fla. estate, which is asking $4.99 million.

Evert, the former No. 1 player in the world, holds 18 Grand Slam singles championships and three doubles titles.

Her property, located at 8563 Horseshoe Lane, contains a 1995-built main house with six bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace and a wet bar.

There are also two separate guest houses, with one bedroom and one bathroom apiece.

The square footage totals is 12,296 across the 5-plus-acre estate.

The grounds have a tennis court, a soccer field, a pool and a nine-car garage.

Evert is selling in a downsizing effort now that her children are grown.
