French-born financier Raymond Svider, co-chair and co-managing partner of BC Partners, is the buyer of the $32 million penthouse at Harry Macklowe’s swanky 737 Park Ave., Gimme Shelter can reveal.
In 2013, Svider bought a Joe Farrell-built home on Bay Lane in Water Mill for $14.4 million — then outraged his neighbors by renting it out for $900,000 to hard-partying divorced dad Marc Leder.
