Now Hamptons developer Joe Farrell’s dream house is back on the market for $49.95 million. Known as the Sandcastle, the property — a 15-bedroom, 17,000-square-foot home at 612 Halsey Lane in Bridgehampton — comes with all sorts of bells and whistles.

There’s a spa with a steam room and a sauna, a bowling alley, a sunken indoor Jacuzzi, a tennis court and a baseball field.

After eight years of living here — the longest amount of time ever spent in one house for Farrell — it’s time for him to downsize.

“We’re building something more modern and manageable,” he adds.
