Sure, you can have a deluxe apartment in the sky — but what about deluxe parking in the sky?

Now it’s possible.

The four-level, 16,915-square-foot penthouse at the mega-luxury Porsche Design Tower — an under-construction property in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla. — will deliver many perks when it’s completed this year. Features in this Porsche Design Studio-designed pad — priced at a cool $32.5 million — include floor-to-ceiling glass throughout, a private elevator, two private pools and two outdoor kitchens.

But the Porsche penthouse’s real lure are its two — yes, two! — in-house garages. Indeed, each of the tower’s 132 homes is decked out with these unusual parking spots — located just off their living rooms.

What sets the penthouse apart, however, is that its deep-pocketed buyer will also receive a separate 57th-floor “car gallery” — a roughly 3,000-square-foot space that can accommodate up to seven additional cars, The Post can reveal.

You can call it the Magic City’s most expensive — and highest-elevated — private parking space.

It’s the latest trick to be unveiled by developer Gil Dezer — himself a car aficionado — in the amenity-packed building, which also features a lift system that brings cars directly to residents’ dwellings, a spa with treatment rooms, and multipurpose club rooms including a movie theater and game room.

Most of all, it takes the concept of the unit-level garage to the, well, to the next level. In New York City, the glitzy 200 11th Ave. condo rose to prominence for its “sky garages” — private unit-level carports for 14 homes that are accessed by a car elevator.

In this Porsche penthouse, the car gallery’s fittings can be customized by the owner. The space could be outfitted with a bar, a billiards table and a living room, which leaves space for three cars. But if the owner really needs space for their rides — and wants to keep them close by and safe — up to seven cars can fit in the interior.

The penthouse is one of six Porsche Design Tower apartments that remain for sale.
