Billionaire Jeff Greene has listed his 25-acre Palazzo di Amore estate in Beverly Hills for a staggering $195 million, which makes this impressive spread the most expensive public listing in the nation.

The main house alone stands at 35,000 square feet with 12 bedrooms and 23 bathrooms. There’s also a 24-car garage, a vineyard and an entertainment complex that sports a bowling alley and a rotating dance floor. Oh, and sweet views of the Los Angeles cityscape. “When you consider the value of the land and the quality of the construction . . . $195 million is really quite reasonable,” Greene told the Times of the asking price.
