A Manhattan cliffside home known as the Pumpkin House for its resemblance to a jack o’lantern is on the market for $5.2 million.

The three-story townhouse juts out over a ridge more than 250 feet above the Henry Hudson Parkway at West 186th Street, just north of the George Washington Bridge.

Its oddly placed windows appear to form eyes, a nose and teeth, such as those of a carved pumpkin. And at sunset, it’s often cast in an orange glow.

“The house has breathtaking views, but it needs a lot of work,” notes listing broker Simone Song of Simorne Song Properties, who shares the listing with Caleb Hill Smilgin.

Laurel Rosenbluth, of Kleier Residential, had listed the 3,144-square-foot home in 2010 for $3.9 million before it was cut to $3.6 million and then to $3.1 million. Interior designer William Spink, 70, bought the home for $1.1 million in 2000.

The home was featured in an episode of HGTV’s reality show, “Selling New York.”
