Amy Wechsler is a board-certified dermatologist, psychiatrist and, on top of all that, a skin advisor to Chanel.
Now, this multitalented, multi-tasking single mom of two is putting her fashionable apartment at 200 East End Ave. on the market for $5.2 million.
She bought the unit in 2013 for $2.68 million. After undergoing a renovation, the roomy co-op boasts four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a powder room — along with a terrace off the great room and a chef’s kitchen.
As for that terrace, Wechsler hired architect and landscape architect Kim Hoyt to transform that 78-square-foot triangular space into an oasis with a built-in sofa and river views.
The listing brokers are Corcoran’s Thomas DiDomenico and Joel Dommel.
