You might think of Owen Wilson and Woody Harrelson as downtown types, but when it comes to renting in the city, they are Upper West Siders all the way.

In recent years, while in town to film movies over the summer months, Wilson and Harrelson at separate times rented in this Gilded Age mansion, at 323 W. 74th St. — an 11,500-square-foot spread that has just dropped its asking price to $17.95 million.

It was also once the home of steel bigwig Charles Schwab, then the love nest of industrialist George Gould’s mistress. The mansion has park and river views.

Built in 1898, the building, which currently comprises five units, can be delivered vacant. There’s an elevator, four terraces and a new roof.

The listing broker is Maria Manuche, of Compass.
