New York gallerist and art-centric hotelier Lio Malca has listed his stunning SoHo loft for $6 million.

Malca — whose Casa Malca in Tulum was recently featured in Architectural Digest — has filled the 4,000-square-foot full-floor loft with contemporary art.

(Malca has a gallery in Chelsea, and also features his art in a former salt factory in Ibiza known as La Nave, which is Spanish for “the ship.”)

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op at 519 Broadway, otherwise known as 84 Mercer St., comes with 16-foot ceilings, giant windows and a private keyed elevator landing.

The home boasts a chef’s kitchen with wine storage for 600 bottles and a master suite with a large TV, 10 custom closets and a spa-like bathroom with a steam room and soaking tub.

The home is smart wired and includes a mezzanine level with beamed ceilings and built-ins. It can work as an office or media room, and is accessed by a transparent glass bridge and floating staircase.

It is perfectly set up for an art collector and currently features works from Malca’s extensive collection, including art by Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Keith Haring, Marco Brambilla, George Condo, KAWS, Vik Muniz, Kenny Scharf and Will Ryman.

The loft is in a six-story Queen Anne-style building built in 1884; it was once the St. Nicholas Hotel and was designated a national historic landmark in 1978. The listing brokers are Douglas Elliman’s Tal and Oren Alexander and Ian Slater.
