Now the “Goose Creek” house in Wainscott, NY, which recently hit the market for $15.99 million, is available to rent for the summer season.

The asking price is $495,000 from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Its standout amenity is a 110-seat movie theater that is “an exact replica” of Midtown’s now-former Ziegfeld Theatre, according to a former listing.

(It’s reportedly the biggest private movie theater in the Hamptons; Joel and Brinkley once rented out the cinema for their daughter’s birthday.)

The eight-bedroom home, at 30 Wainscott Stone Highway, is 19,000 square feet and sits on 5½ acres off of Georgia Pond.
