This palatial Napa Valley Mansion takes the grape!

The just-hitting-the market, $33 million 40-acre estate at 2900 Spring Mountain Road in St. Helena comes with every amenity under the sun, including an 80-foot pool, a two-story dining room that seats 30 people — and its own vineyard.

Also included in the 9,600-square-foot property are seven bedrooms, six bathrooms, a music room, gym and, of course, a wine cellar.

Outside, there’s a lakeside gazebo, helipad, outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven and a koi pond.

The vineyard is worth an estimated $7.2 million.

The home is being sold by Perry and Carolyn Butler, British expats who moved to the Golden State in 1982 with just the clothes on their backs, according to Forbes.

The Butlers made their fortune in the tech industry before selling their company and opening up a winery and yoga studio.

They now spend their time saving elephants and other endangered animals through a charity they founded.

The mansion is being sold by Aaroe Estates.
